I finally found a Dr would would switch me to Armour, after being on Synthroid for 13 yrs. My hair and skin are healthy, I sleep better, feel more normal then I have in years. Best part, I have my mind back! Yes, I can actually think and remember things.

cymbalta has helped considerably with some sensitivity issues I started experiencing since starting menopause. I have been on an antidepressant for the last 9 years for chronic pain and my body got used to them and they eventually stopped working. Cymbalta seems to work well.

Developed Parkinson's after 4 yrs of Lipitor therapy for "primary prevention". No fly Hx of neurodegenerative ds; no fly hx of cardiovascular ds. Just mildly elevated TC. Am aware of others who feel Parkinson's due to lipitor, and 2 who feel ALS due to lipitor. Was started on Ramapril for High BP after 6 weeks develpoed constant bad cough. Doctor changed it to losatan now 5weeks in get daily headache which last all day. Plus aches and pains in joints and double vision, and also very vivid dreams if I can actualy get to sleep. Not happy , am back at doctors today in hope of finding a BP med that I can tolerate without getting side effects that stop me from being able to work or function in daily life.

after reading several difffernt sites about the side effects of femcon, i think i have an explanation for my extreme nausea, sudden blurred vison, joint pain, ridiculous weight gain and digestion problems. however, i just saw my obgyn last week, told her of these issues and no connection (except the weight) was made to femcon. also, i am a runner and since starting on the femcon i have had an acute problem with joint pain and fatigue durring my runs, thus causing me to run at a slower pace...
