Cymbalta was the -worst- experience I've ever had with mental health medicine. I've suffered from depression for 12 years and tried many medications but Cymbalta, by far, has the -worst- side effects to any drug I've ever tried. Granted the pharmacy made a mistake, but the mistake was in my favor! They gave me half the dosage they were supposed to (which was 30mg of Cymbalta) which was the appropriate dosage. I do seem to have suffered from more side effects this episode but I was having to take the drops half hourly for a week and then hourly each day and night for 2 weeks before weaning down to 3 times a day now.

To everyone on NSAIDs...please be careful! My brother was prescribed naproxin (which is just prescription strength Aleve) for shoulder pain. The Dr kept refilling the prescription for 9 months which resulted in kidney damage. Over-the-counter anti-inflammatory drugs like Advil, Motrin, Aleve can be dangerous if taken improperly or long term. They aren't "safe" just because you can buy them without a prescription. This medication cured me and gave me back myself confidence ( it might sound weird, but it is important for me, and for people like me suffering from congenital heart defects). I really like it, and I would recommend it to anybody. No noticeable side effects.

I decided my senior year that after suffering irregular and severly painful and stressful menstral cycles and being in a three year relationship I should start considering birth control. It's great. I had a little bit of cramping when I first started using it, but after the first couple of months that went away. My breasts grew a full cup size during this time period, and were very hot and sore during the duration. Overall, I'm pleased with Nuvaring. I don't have to worry about when to take a pill, and it's done wonders for regulating my very irregular periods.
