I am confused as to dosing,as some articles say 2000 IU or 5,000IU.I want to use it to boost immunity to the flu. My husband had prostate cancer,I have fibromyalgia and have an 8 year old child.Some say do not take it on a sunny day.Others say up the dosages if there is a flu outbreak.Most MDs are clueless about vitamins.Mine has not heard of its usage for the Swine flu.Europe is way more advanced .Do I have to take it all winter? i just finished taking my levora for 21 days and my last 3 tablets of taking it makes me feel dizzy...whats good about me taking levora is it doesnt make me feel depressed like the other pill i have been taking for 6 months...is dizziness really normal??you think this will disappear when im used of taking this pill??

had to get off it and switch to boniva as it was reacting with my zoloft. i was getting depressed for no reason after taking it for almost a year. no data on it from the company but i have a friend who had the very same problem much better after taking boniva now
