I have been taking Carbimazole medicationf or 5 months now. I find it very expensive and beginning to think the Radioactive iodine therapy is my next step. Is it not easier to treat the hypothyroidism than hyperthyroidism?? I have been battling extreme itchy feet and hands - mostly later in the day.

Have serious concerns about this drug.Causing extreme pain in all muscles.My Mum was able to walk three month ago, now she can barely stand up. Her back, arms and legs ache constantly, worse at night. She was diagnosed with an essential tremor years ago.I have never seen her like this, despite the tremor. If you are in severe pain, I really didn't feel any effects. After surgery and a good bit of pain was removed, I found out that tizanidine is rather powerful. I usually take a small amount, 2mg per day, until my pain rises, then I take as needed up to maximum dose. I know when to drop the dosage when I feel like par-boiled chicken and my muscles feel like they're going to fall off my bones. That is one strange feeling. i took this mediacation for a urinary tract infection and started to see results after a few days. The only thing I did not like so much about Bactrim was the size of the pill. It was a bit hard to swallow but other than that I feel as though it was very effective. There was less irritation and I started to feel like I had a healthier immune system.
