Accutane is a great drug to control acne. My acne has almost cleared up completely from using the drug. My side-effects are dry, itchy skin and dry eyes. I believe the positives outweigh the negatives in my case.

I had taken Advil on occasion in the past and was taking it this time to reduce inflammation in my badly sprained ankle. I had a reaction to it. It started with puffy feet and then swollen legs and then feeling bloated in my stomach. I take this medicine simultaneously with Omeprazole Dr and they both give me strong side effects. I was diagnosed with H. Pylori a few months back and it turns out after an endoscopy and biopsy, that it still exists. I asked my doctor to prescribe something else but they informed me that any medicine dealing with H. Pylori is going to have strong side effects.
