I use Ibuprofen as my main pain relieving medication. It is very affective for most headaches, but when it comes to body pains it is not as affective.

I've been on Cryselle for four months...and it's horrible! I've had two uti's and think I have another now. I go to dr tomorrow to see. I've had vaginal itching, bloating, abdominal pain, acne, and headaches. I feel better on my period! As soon as I start a new pack, I immediately feel sick and usually develop a uti. By the time I start, I'm just getting over my antibiotic. The only contraceptive part of this med is it makes me so sick that I can't even imagine having sex!!

Elavil seems to get me out of my mood swings. I fell like my life is more in control and I have more confidence. I am able to do the daily chores and am able to concentrate better at work. It did give me mild headaces before, at he beginning, but in couple of weeks I got used to this drug. I am very dependent on it because if I skip a dose, I get moody and irritated.

A good alternative to SSRIs for anxiety disorder. But takes a little getting used to. Drowsines, weight gain, and sexual problems are the main side effects.

I kid you not, this is a wonderful softgel. I am so excited and extremely overjoyed that both my big toes are absolutely PAIN FREE. I broke these toes years ago and they have caused me total discomfort, sometimes causing me to cry in anguish. I have been reading about several herbs. Hey, I am starting to think about the side-effects of Depakine in the long term - the slowdown of brain fucntion, hair-loss, later kidney and liver demage and concentration. I am only 28 now, was 25 at the first episode. And I am really aware of the long-term slowdown of the brain.
