Adjusting to the side effects was very difficult for the first year and a half but the worse symptoms (diarrhea and fatigu. ) have abated a lot in the past year . The drug is completely controlling my disease, CML and I am very happy with it.

Phenergan with codeine was prescribed to me when I had an upper respiratory infection (a cold). I had a very bad cough and bad congestion. I only took it at night because it had a significant drowsiness effect on me. I had to take more than the recommended amount to notice an effect on my cough- and I didn't feel like it was much more effective than over the counter products- except for putting me to sleep. For my hypertension, the doctor prescribed me hydrochlorothiazide, 1 tablet per day. But since this medication was making me feel extremely tired, he reduced the dose to 1/2 a tablet per day. I feel better, until now. Nevertheless, this medication presents some serious side effects, such as rheumatism and gout, and every 6 months I have to go to the hospital

I just had a back surgery last week to remove hardware that I had put in 3 years ago when I had a fusion done of my lower back and this is they gave me oxycodone for the pain. I irritated a nerve while healing and it felt like I had electric shock pulses in my back constantly. I experienced blurred almost refracted vision taking Claritin on an empty stomach. Symptoms lasted about 20 mins. Otherwise on a full stomach product works amazing for allergies and asthma.
