I was very happy with Yasmin, until I started having full-body numbness. I went to several doctors who ruled out thyroid problems, not enough B-12 or Iron, and nervous system problems. Then I read up on numbness being a symptom, asked my doctor about it and she changed me over to Sprintec until I figure out what birth control I want to go on long-term.

Have been on Pristiq for 5 days. My doctor prescribed it for my anxiety and panic attacks. Side effects are horrible; nausea, fatigue, sweating, cold chills, blurred vision, no apetite, shaky etc. Still waiting for these to subside as I haven't been able to work or really leave my house as I dont want to have a car accident and my anxiety has gotten worse! Will wait it out for another week or so and see what happens.

I just recently developed seasonal allergies, so I've been taking this for a few months. I like it more than other meds, such as Benadryl, because it doesn't make you drowsy; you can actually take it at work.

THIS DRUG SHOULD NOT BE ON THE MARKET!!! It causes PERMANENT sexual dysfunction, swelling, fatigue, depression and sleep problems. Contrary to what Merck claims: these side-effects are NOT temporary. There should be a full investigation into how this drug got approved. It has completely destroyed my life! In 2003, I attempted to commit suicide as a direct result of the drug's after-effects. Other people are telling similar stories on the internet.

Strong raspberry leaf infusions are the ONLY thing that has ever relieved my menstrual cramps and accompanying symptoms, such as nausea and diarrhea. Pharmaceuticals have never helped my cramps. I also use raspberry leaves and berries infused in apple cider vinegar during my menstrual cycle as the vinegar extracts a great deal of nutrients in the leaves (calcium, magnesium etc) that help with cramps and pms, as well as the high iron in the berries. I have used Azo over the years for UTI's but not for a whole week. I found out that using it a whole week caused me to have a reaction. Severe lowe back pain and pelvic pain. Must be allergic to the dye they use.
