My daughter has been diagnosed with Juveniele Idiopathic Arthtritis which has caused inflammation in her wrists, knees, ankles, lining of the lungs/chest cavity, and the spine. She also has been diagnosed with Raynaud's. It is very difficult watching a child who was very active (soccer player, runner) spend weeks not being able to walk due to inflammation or having pain while breathing. Whenever I am having trouble breathing it always helps me. It sometimes takes 15 minutes to reach, but as soon as it does my breathing gets much better.

Mirena is incredibly convenient. The worse part would be the "installation". I experienced some cramping that same day, along with some spotting over a period of about a month, maybe two. After that, it has been such a peace of mind knowing that I don't have to "remember" to take my pills or that I have to double up this day, etc.
