I was wondering if anybody knows how long after the first or second shot these major issue occur? Since taking Lipitor, I am experiencing severe muscle pain in both legs ( along the tibia and the femur). I am unable to climb more than three or four stairs without holding to the guard rail. Hard to stand up after sitting on a chair. I have severe knee pains. Pain in my right shoulder. I feel tired all day long.

This is my second round of Isotretinoin. The first time the results lasted for about 3 1/2 years before I started having bouts of cystic acne again (definitely related to stress). I loved Mononessa except for having somewhat frequent yeast infections (about 1 every 3 months). Also, sometimes my skin would get extremely sensitive. Like when I went to wax my eyebrows the skin would literally come off and when I brushed my teeth the skin in my mouth would peel off. My skin would only get like that every once in a while and it would stay like that for about a week.
