Since going on Aromasin, I have to take laxatives 2x per week. I was taking Amitriptyline for fibromyalgia but had to go to a much higher dose for the pain and insomnia. Then I started getting side affects because the dose was too high. Dr. put me on a couple of other meds that help with the pain and sleep, but I don't think it will get any better until I stop taking the Aromasin.

I drink green tea more of measures of personal preference rather than for health reasons. But I haven't seen any benefits as a result of drinking green tea alone.

I take delsym to help my occasional cough because it works well for others in my household. However, it never seems to work for me. It hasn't changed anything about me and that is also the problem I have with it. I have had no negative side effects but I have also not had any relief from my cough.

Honey is known to have many many many cures, and its one remedy thats been around for thousands upon thousand years. I use honey every single day and it makes my whole body feel better overall. I advise everyone to really take this and do your research on how great it is.

I'm a 42 yrs., and suffer from endometriosis. Heavy periods, and extreme cramps and bloating for up to 8 days. I have refused to use BC for approximately 10 yrs. because of all the side effects. I'm very sensative to BC, weight gain, moodiness, anxiety. My pain and discomfort was no longer tolerable, I had to do something. I've been taking the pill since July 26th. One of the side effects of birth control pills is abnormal vaginal bleeding. That could mean anything from spotting for a day or two to practically being on your period all the time. You may just be experiencing this because it is your first month, and your body hasn't had time to adjust to the new hormones.
