I love Yaz- since being on Yaz, my overall moods have become more stable, and my appetite has become more regular. However, I still notice a significant change about a week prior to my period. I crave starchy, sugary foods, and I still get extremely tearful and emotional.

Ambien is great, it helps me sleep much better. The only thing that I dont like about it is that it makes me a little groggy in the morning and sometimes I get up in the middle of the night and eat.

My nose began to hurt he second day and on the third day I had to stop taking Zicam nasal spray. I admit I used the spray more frequently than was recommended on the instruction sheet. And it was really amazing at ending my cold symptoms. After that (6 months ago), I got sick again, and this time used the tablets. They worked welll too.

I believe I suffered from depression and anxiety for many years before being officaly diagnosed. I finally seeked help when it was affecting my ability to be a good wife and mother. I developed a skin rash that I went to my Dr about they did not think it was from the medication. It was round patches all over my chest and stomach and a couple around my eyes. That cleared up over time. Now my hair has been falling out for several months. I commonly have a "malting" time, so was not concerned at first, but it is rally noticeable now.
