Today my doctor told me to stop the Lipitor because my liver is "not happy". Since being on the drug, I have experienced lower cholesterol. BUT I have also had irregular heartbeat, weight gain especially abdominal, blood in my urine that the urologist can find no reason for, swollen hands and fingers, feet feel sore and hot but look normal, rashes on my arms, weakness in knees, and pain in my right side. My 4 month old son has been diagnosed with IS. We have opted to put him on Sabril but would like to hear some testimonials, good or bad, about this treatment. We are going to try it regardless but would like to know what people have experienced so we can prepare for any possible outcome or side effect. Any information we can gain from those who have experienced this treatment is greatly appreciated.

I have not found this medicine very satisfying and infact with the high-risks attached to it, with all its drawbacks, such as the persistent coughing, weight loss, headaches, joint & muscle pain, I am truly concerned as to what the devil is the "up- side" to this supposed RA disigner drug after all is said & done. I had a really bad cold when I took this medication and it worked really well to make me feel better, but also made me feel really drowsy. Do not make the mistake of taking two within a 12 hour period .
