Worked great as an addition to another SSRI when I was having trouble with early morning wakefulness. Actually took care of that problem very quickly and I was very pleased with the outcome. THIS DRUG SHOULD NOT BE ON THE MARKET!!! It causes PERMANENT sexual dysfunction, swelling, fatigue, depression and sleep problems. Contrary to what Merck claims: these side-effects are NOT temporary. There should be a full investigation into how this drug got approved. It has completely destroyed my life! In 2003, I attempted to commit suicide as a direct result of the drug's after-effects. Other people are telling similar stories on the internet.

It is a great supplement to help regulate my heartbeat and make my blood pressure better but it has an aweful taste and texture if you get the liquid form and if you take the pill form you can barely stomach to swallow it because they are so big.

Yaz was great for the first three months, then all of a sudden i became a horrible person to everyone around me.
