I was prescribed amitryptiline after a servere breakdown and agitated depression. It was due to stress at work, and my Doctor told me the drug would bring my neurotransmitters together, that the stress had knocked apart. It saved my life, as I was suicidal. Does not work and I experienced major hair loss as a side effect!! I have lost 50% of my hair in the (6) months I've been forced to use ProAir I've now resorted to using old CFC Albuterol Inhalers that expired in 2007.. they work better then this new inhalers and I'll take my chances using expired medications... beats turning blue from lack of O2 & going bald!

While Loestrin in an effective birth control method, for me and several friends of mine that have taken it have found that this pill makes you borderline insane. I was crying for no reason, angry for no reason.. Sometimes I would start to cry and not even I knew what was wrong with me.
