Sometimes my throat gets coated in mucus, but I feel that is a result of my cold and not the medication. I am really satisfied with Mucinex. It is the only thing that really takes care of my cough.

I have fibromyalgia and was very hopeful while taking this medicaiton but to tell you the truth my life was a living hell. I found myself in a deep dark place I had never been before, I think if it wasn't for my faith I don't know what this medication would have caused me to do. Please have all doctors watch there patients very carefully! I am a 48 yr. old women and I had these side effects not a young person like your ads warn. I have been taking this medication for a while for arthritis and it has worked great, it relieves my pain and makes it easier for me to handle my arthritis, and I do not get any side effects.
