I have tried a few different birth controls in the past year and nothing seemed to work for me. the first 2 months on FemconFE were fine. In the third month and continuing on i get horrific cramps on the 2nd saturday of each pack. (i have been on this pill now for 8 months) I cannot move because I am in so much pain. I had to stop using Simponi, because the insurance changed and it wasn't covered by the new insurance. They told me to use Humira, which I was a little hesitant about taking, and it worked better than Simponi and Celebrex. So, now I'm on Humira and Mobic 7.5mg and I'm doing great. NO fare-ups. I've used other over the counter stuff such as abreva, blistex, among other stuff, but nothing comes close to Herplex. As soon as I feel a burning sensation on my lip I take the Herplex and within 3-4 days is dry and gone..

Has anyone tried going off this nasty drug? I am on day two of weaning down from 300 mgs to 200 mgs daily of Lyrica. Next week I am supposed to go down to just 100 mgs....and the following week should be down to none. My problem is this: I am feeling anxious, easily irritated, have irrational thoughts, and have been driving my poor husband nuts with fits of tears every other hour.
