It is now 1:40 am and I cannot get to sleep after taking Mucinex DM. I went to bed at 9:00pm. It is making me feel jittery and like another person who posted in November I can understand how they would feel anxious. I am also dehydrated. I will not be taking this medication again. I think I would get more sleep if I just coughed through the night.

I am so sorry for you side effects, but I must say I was happy to read your post!! I have Graves disease and had radio active therapy 10 years ago and have been on levoxyl for many years with no problems until now. I recently have been experiencing trembling of my arms, torso, and legs, pretty frequently but I only usually notice it at night. I love allegra, It works as it should and lasts the entire day. It clears up my symptoms and doesn't cause drowsiness, I wish they had this one available at any pharmacy!

this medication made my condition worsen, it made the symptoms of my crohn's disease worsen. The medication became toxic to my body.

I cut down to .25mg per 3x/day now. been a long ride. never take a benzo over a 10 day period. if your Dr says it is ok, fire him/her. it is not. only good in high doses long term for extreme disorders of siezures in the young. not for anxiety, sleep, etc. don't start it ever. there are some benzo's that are immpossible to get off of according to my neurologist. in a few short months i should be free and clear of this nasty drug. a very well known and respected Dr in this area presc...
