Taken by a 16yo Lennox Gastaut patient. Seemed to increase partial seizures. Had 2 status seizures while on this med and began having Atonic seizures which she had not had in several years. Was very out of it and hardly sleeps. weaning this med now.

I started taking Tri Sprintec in 2007, because I went to college and our health center only had generics (I had previously been on Ortho Tri Cyclen for about 3 months prior). I took Tri Sprintec for about 3 years, and was fine, aside from the abysmally low libido. I experienced a allergic reaction after 40 minuets of taking my first dose. A itchy rash on my hands and lower arm. The reaction excelled to severe abdominal cramping and bloating. Took an allergy pill to control reaction. I am now back on progesterone suppositories.

This birth control is possibly the worst ever made. I never had ANY problems with Seasonique and I switched to Quasense for insurance reasons. I would never recommend this to a friend. CONSTANT breakthrough bleeding, never know when to catch it, bad effects on sex life and low energy. Try any other form of birth control but this. By reading other reviews on the internet I'm sure that I am not alone.

As I said before, I used this medication for my back pain, and it really worked, it relieved my back and helped me having a better sleep time. I really appreciated it. But I had to use it in combinayion with paracetamol.
