Six weeks with a Chinese MD acupucturist/herbalist drastically reduced my rapid heart rate, shakes and in general improved symptoms. If you can find a good Chinese-trained one, try acupuncture. Its not a cure but may be good for symptom control. Research at Harvard has shown it is effective for womens hormone problems and back pain.

In my opinion I started getting very very dry and itchy skin. I also started having trouble with a bloody nose. Sometimes I feel liike my anxiety was a little worse. These are just my opinions.

I started taking Chantix two weeks ago, the first week was fine, while I was smoking, when I quit smoking on the second week I thought that I might have an immunity to the meds because I was climbing the walls... like you do when you are having a nicotine fit, by the end of the second week I developed a skin rash with lesions varying in size from a pin point to a dime size. I have just completed my my first pack of Seasonique however around the 4th week of taking them I started bleeding. I am now going into my 2nd week of bleeding and not liking this at all. I am not sure whether I should stop and get my body back on track with normal periods or continue taking the pills in hopes that it will stop the bleeding. I was attracted to Seasonique because of the 4 pds a year but now im not so sure.
