I've been using this drug for about 8 months now. I've always had headaches and I'm a naturally a sleepy person, but I recently slept for 15 hours straight and only woke up because of my birth control alarm. I've taken aspirin for as long as I can remember and I've never had problems with it. It worked well on my constant headaches and pain in my muscles when I have it. I would recommend aspirin to anyone.
