Does not completely relieve my neck and sciatic nerve pain, but I have not taken mobic regularly since starting zyflamend. I teach skiiing and therefore, I am very active. I did not miss any work while taking the zyflamend. The pm helps me sleep, however, I sometimes wake up after 2 hours and have trouble getting back to sleep.

I was given darvocet for my back pain and it didnt do much to relieve the pain that I was having. It made me very tired and not very motivated to do anything.

I took one Zylfamend PM (only half the recommended dosage). I felt better the next day in terms of noticeably less body aches and less fatigue. I knew beforehand that ginger and turmeric are very "heating" herbs and will throw my ying/yang off balance. As expected, I had dry mouth for two nights (need to keep waking up to drink water or suck a lozenge in my mouth all night), and pimples popped out. AWESOME STUFF. Currently I use as a drug of choice in almost every sickness (head, cold, flu, etc.). Seems that Tylenol has a positive effect on immunity system. It gives it strength to fight the bugs. Oher drugs don't seem to have as much effect as tylenol does. I am not sure if it is some kind of ingredient combination that works well with my body or if it just a good and effective drug. Either way it tremendously help me when I am sick.
