I take Ibuprofen OTC for headaches, body aches, cold/flu, joint pain, etc. I usually take 400-600 mg and it is wonderful because it helps with pain and inflammation with NO side effects. When I had my wisdom teeth pulled out I preferred taking 800 mg ibuprofen over tylenol, darvocet, hydrocodone, and percocet. I`ve been using albuterol my whole life growing up. I first started using it around age 10. I got irritated and sometimes forgetful to take it every morning and night. After a while I got use to it because it became my daily routine.Im currently 16 and still taking it. Asthma is a very hard health condition to have because of breathing problems and chest pains you may have but I must say that it changed my life completely.
