Cialis is a great drug and I enjoy taking it. However, I noticed that every time I take it there is a noticeable irregularity in my heart rate. I have no idea what might have cause this. although focalin xr hsa changed my appetite, it has done so for the better... i am still healthy, but i eat less, allowing me to lose a little bit of weight. i do have diarrhea sometimes but it is not often, and besides that, the only other side effect that i have noticed has been insomnia; if i take the focalin less than about 4 or 5 hours before i go to bed, i sometimes have trouble getting to sleep. other than that, it has worked wonders for my stress and ability to get things done.

I've found Aspirin and Advil to both pretty equally keep my headaches/migraines under wraps. I haven't seen any side effects any time that I have used either medication.
