I am 33 and my testosterone level was in the mid 300's. I was referred to a urologist and had my pituitary gland checked for a tumor and thankfully there wasn't one. I wouldn't recommend Lutera to anyone. I switched from Tri-Regol to Lutera and the side effects came unexpectedly! My vision was even affected, I gained weight and I was extremely moody. All the "typical" side effect but I prefer my birth control to have no side effects!

I do have some muscle aches and fatigue. My biggest problem has been the shakes in the morning especially. After I have Nplate of 2 mcg it is really bad the next day. By mid afternoon and in the evening it subsides. Have not heard of anyone else taking it having the shakes.

since taking this drug i have noticed a lot of changes in my body i have alot of muscle pain in my legs arms and hand and right hip i also have tingling in my fingers and have muscle wasting in my right hand i do not think people should use this drug as side effects are bad

Although there are a lot of unwanted side effects,these are nothing in comparison to the crippling migraines I used to suffer daily. As a young woman with a toddler I can't be in bed 5 days out of 7 in a week with migraine and this wonder drug is the only one which works for me.
