I have had bad asthma since birth and the old cheap inhalers worked amazing - not with proair. Recently my asthma has been getting worse with the change of season. I was very depressed and had thoughts of suicide due to debilitating pain and loss of mobility, and was walking the floor at night, unable to sleep, crying, wishing I could die just to be free of the pain. This supplement wasn't one of my favorites. Even though I did recover quickly after workouts, and though I noticed more definition, I think the majority of it was water weight (I gained a lot of weight very quickly when I started using it). I know that many people swear by this stuff, but I don't think I would recommend it. Being able to eat after a workout is more important than creatine intake.

After taking Advil menstrual cramps did ease up and I was able to maintain normal activities. After a couple hours the pain intensified and I had to continue taking the pills to relieve pain.

Peyronie's Disease suspected. The 10 mg HCT version was tough on my gout, but got off of it for 20mg regualr.
