It's true that the taste is awful, and the bit of numbing is weird! But I have never slept better, and I wake up without any drug effects. I fall asleep about 20 minutes after I take it, so I plan accordingly. I find that it's less "yucky" if I place it under my tongue in such a way that I can make a tight "seal" over it with the rest of my tongue. I`ve been using albuterol my whole life growing up. I first started using it around age 10. I got irritated and sometimes forgetful to take it every morning and night. After a while I got use to it because it became my daily routine.Im currently 16 and still taking it. Asthma is a very hard health condition to have because of breathing problems and chest pains you may have but I must say that it changed my life completely.
