Last year while I had the H1N1 virus (didn't know it was the virus at the time, I had it prior to all the publicity) I was taking Zicam to relieve the sinus congestion that I had. I may have taken it a little longer than prescribed because what I had was not going away, nasty flu. Anyway I did get better but I have lost my sense of smell! It's been over a year now and it still has not come back.

When I began to use cymbalta I noticed dizziness, rapid heartbeat, increased bloodpressure, however fibro pain seemed quite improved as well as energy. Difficult to sleep. I deal with long term chronic pain (1980) fibro diagnosis, arthritis, lymphedema & lipidema. I wanted to "believe". Became Zombie like. Memory loss severe as well as cognitive abilities. Lipitor, and perhaps all fat-soluble statins, will go down as the next falidamide. This drug readily crosses the blood brain barrier and wreaks havoc on cognition/memory/mood. As an added bonus, it is now becoming apparent that Lipitor is especially effective at causing systemic mitochondria DNA mutations (See, e.g., UCSD Study - Dr. Golomb). I really like tri sprintec . I dont get any spotting even if I miss a pill or two. My acne has cleared up. I dont have any side effects EXCEPT alot of weight gain. I cant fit into any of my clothes and I'm eating much less and alot healthier. Very unsure if I should switch.
