I am a clinical-neuropsychologist.I had a touch of arthritis but of late, I am having swelling and pain in my knees and the leg gets stiff. Hi, I have been taking Zyflamend PM less than a week. First time taking it, I noticed withen the first hour a sense of relaxation and peace. I began taking it because I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Also my joints, right knee have been giving me pain. I also have noticed in my hands and feet this feeling of lightness. I initially took this drug and there was no noticeable action and then I felt horrible for 3 - 4 and then much better. I couldn't sleep due to my sinus problems and was extremely stuffy. The drug does the job - just takes a while to do so!
