I am confused as to dosing,as some articles say 2000 IU or 5,000IU.I want to use it to boost immunity to the flu. My husband had prostate cancer,I have fibromyalgia and have an 8 year old child.Some say do not take it on a sunny day.Others say up the dosages if there is a flu outbreak.Most MDs are clueless about vitamins.Mine has not heard of its usage for the Swine flu.Europe is way more advanced .Do I have to take it all winter? every one is different, but kenacort worked for me, i have tried everything you name it, sick of it to be honest, nothing works quite like kenacort,it almost worked instantly, it would take me 10mins away from the doctor, by the time i had driven home i could feel my nasal passage unblocking and my eyes never itch burn or swell. i wouldnt use anything else
