I love all of the Excedrin Migraine medicines. So far it is the only thing that works for me. It is unfortunate that the side effects are extremely strong. I don't handle caffeine well at all, so these pills make me very anxious. They keep me up at night, I have alot of energy and once it gave me diarhhea. The most important thing is, it gets rid of the migraine!

I have used Testim in the past and its OK.  After I finished the Testim - I have been using the Dr Max Powers Testosterone Boost for 4+ years. I absorbing it and the body regulating to the introduction of the hormone takes awhile, at least it did for me. I take Accutane for my severe facial acne. I love how well it clears up my face. There is an extreme noticeable difference in my skin and self confidence. It can have some rough side effects though. The medication often makes me feel queasy and nauseous. I also get moody at times because of it but I think it is worth dealing with to receive the benefits.

Lolav, I find that for sleep the alternative therapies work better and with less side effects then the pharmaceutical approach. I suggest you check with a health food store to see what they recommend. Valerian is good and so is just plain old hot milk before bed. There are stronger Ayurvedic or Chinese herbs that you can Google- some are common and some you have to go to India for. Have had an achillies tendon rupture, two bicep tendons tear. Severe muscle cramps in my calves. Recently having flashes in my eyes. Not sure if it is from lipitor
