First time i have tried mucinex, usually fight off broncititus atleast twice a year, yes each major weather change spring and fall. Usually takes me 3 weeks to finally get back in gear each time. Tried mucinex this time took the extended release type 600 twice a day, it worked BUT I do have a warning to pass along. I just want to underline how great that product is for me. I have been using it for 3 years now (I am Canadian) on my elbows and knee joints, and love it. I can play softball again without any pain.

I love the pill, but it does make me feel a little crazy. It has a weird effect on my emotional stability and it sometimes causes me to get angry or upset for no reason.

Very effective against pain. Was taking 10/350 dosage and it was knocking me out at first. Downside is it's very addictive and it doesn't take long to get lulled into the addiction.

During the winter my hair tends to fall out while im taking this medication. I have been taking this medication since I was born and I have seen good results according to my bloodwork. I get my bloodwork done every 6 months and the only part I don't like is when they take my blood. Other than that I am very satisfied with this medication because the last time I went to the doctor's I gained 5-6 pounds !!! I was very happy about this !
