Comparable to Theraflu. The type of packaging mine came in was very convenient. Each application came wrapped in a plastic spoon and could be taken with you at work in necessary. It can be mixed with any drink and doesn't need to be warmed, which I liked a lot. However, you only get like 6 packets and you are paying more than you would be for other brands. One of the side effects of birth control pills is abnormal vaginal bleeding. That could mean anything from spotting for a day or two to practically being on your period all the time. You may just be experiencing this because it is your first month, and your body hasn't had time to adjust to the new hormones. Prednisone makes me jittery, and gives me hot flashes intermittantly with chills. However, when weighing the benefits against the side effects, it is very much worth it.
