Have only recently started using the cream for persistent eczema - I don't have any obvious side effects from it and it is somewhat effective (eczema comes back if I stop using it, however). I'm concerned about using this long term and would be interested to know if anyone has used it for a while, or if anyone has any alternatives for eczema that have proved successful.

I have been taking Lybrel for just over a year. I noticed my eyebrows thinning and initially thought it was due to a bad wax job. However, they have continued to thin dramatically. I then noticed my scalp hair thinning. I asked my GYN and my primary care doc and neither thought it was related to the Lybrel. What was interesting about the drug was how dry it made my skin. My lips were so dry, chapped and red. They always peeled, and my skin seemed so much more dry. Accutane has cured any previous acne I had on my chest and back. From time to time I get a pimple or two, but this is recent. A year after accutane, I was still getting nasty breakouts.

It is making my hair fall out. I didn't know what was causing it at first, but I've narrowed it down. My hair is so thin now. I'm hoping it will grow back now that I've discontinued it. If anybody else has had this problem, please let me know, and let me know if your hair grew back. Thanks.

Provigil is an effective medicine in fighting the drowsiness associated with narcolopsy. However, it is incredibly expensive. (close to 450$ per month before insurance and still 90$ after insurance every month!)
