I switched from Arimidex to Aromasin because of extreme joint pain. During the first three years on Aromasin, I suffered from hot flashes and insomnia. The last two years the hot flashes are only occasional and the insomnia is a little better. I get tired easily, but considering the benefits against breast cancer, I can put up with it. im having prolonged bleeding , Ist week it was brown discharge then second week it was bleeding ..i thought i was having my period that continues the whole week and after a week again i got bleeding...im going nutts because of this viginal bleeding.
