I suffered from general anxiety disorder, mild OCD, and occasional depression and went on Lexapro when I was 18. After about 2 weeks I started noticing improvement and after about 6 weeks I noticed the full effects. My anxiety caused me to have a lot of problems going to sleep and after starting lexapro those issues went away and I was able to sleep much better. Hard to say how it would affect others. Took 18 months to control my anxiety. But it works, and keeps on working. Sadly I have lost passions for films, friends, girlfriends, and sports since taking Sertraline. It does work, but there is a price to pay

Benadryl works great for me- that is, it works fast and relieves all of my allergy symptoms (which are very severe). However, it makes me extremely drowsy, so unfortunately I cannot take it if I have anything to do.

I became extremely angry with loved ones, lashing out, and almost lost my family. Since switching to Advair, I am no longer angry all the time and my family is whole again. I still carry an albuterol inhaler just in case, but the Advair was a miraculous change in both my level of asthma and my well-being mentally.

I am blessed to find a medication that will control my colitis but do have issues with a few side effects. I have a real down time about 4-5 days after my injection. I get very withdrawn and somewhat depressed and to myself.I get very tired and just try to push through but some months are worse than others. I have also noticed my memory and focus seems to be getting worse. Other than that I am really happy with it.I know all medicines have side effects and I can deal with them to have a life.

After taking Spiriva for over three years I suddenly experienced bronchospasm and shortness of breath. I stopped taking Spiriva and these adverse reactions stopped. My lung function test results have shown great improvement in lung function but I can no longer tolerated Spiriva.
