This is a great drug that actually helps you focus,listen,pay attention, and actually calms hyperactivity. BUT it also makes me feel depressed and feel as if I am not myself by holding the real me back with pills. I try to enjoy myself with friends after taking this medicine but to no avail because I am so calm and always sad.

I am 17, and have been on Ortho tri-cyclen since i was 15. I really like it, except that it is hard to remember to take, and i have had many pregnancy scares. I have an appointment to get mirena, but aftrer looking at reviews, I am considering cancelling my appointment. This drug is absolutely AWFUL!!!!! If I feel good one day out of a week it's a miracle. The abdominal pain, gas, bloating, constipation and dirreah is worse than being diabetic. I'm sick all the time and feel like I have a permanent hangover. If you can take something else, or better yet, not at all....do it. This drug cure is worse than the ailment.
