This was by far the worst experience of my life. I had taken other BC pills off and on since I was a teen and even though some were slightly bothersome, they were tolerable - I am now 35 and can't believe how awful this particular pill was. Advil helps alleviate my menstrual cramps and I feel works best if taken before major cramps set in. I usually take 2 pills when I begin to feel a slight 'tinge' of pain and when taken early enough, I don't experience as intense cramping as usual.

I have been taking this medication for a few years now and I think all of my high blood presssure and water pills and potasium medication all work together. So far I have seen good results and have not had any side effects to any of these medications. I am very happy with where all my levels are at this point.
