I was diagnosed with myoclonus by a neurologist a year ago, although I had suffered from it a couple of years before hand. An MRI scan and EEG failed to show any abnormalities, however I was diagnosed with epilepsy and perscribed the anti- epileptic drug Levetiractam (Keppra). The Keppra reduced the intensity of my myoclonus but not the fequency so I have been perscribed Clonazepam. Amoxicillin worked in preventing infections after I had surgery, but I had a bit of a dry mouth and dizzy spells. However, apart from the side effects there were no negative consequences and I have no complaints.

I started taking Metformin when I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I started at a lower dosage twice daily and moved up to 850mg 3 years later and I haven't really had any problems with my blood sugar since then. Metformin keeps my blood sugar very stable and I am very happy with it.

I took Candex for three days, one capsule in the morning with a very large glass of water. I am very sensitive to all kinds of medicine, so I was prepared for the worst. The only thing that seems related in time to the Candex doses was the veins in my hands and fingers dilating (getting really big), making my hands ache and my fingers and palms itch.
