Since I have started on Lisinopril-HCTZ 20/12.5MG I have been gaining weight. I used to be 130 and I was 175 lbs a couple of months ago. Its like being on a roller coaster with my weight since I have started on this medication. I am now 155lbs and cant seem to get anylower than that. I even went to a nutrinist ofr 3 months and a strict exercise program and nothing has helped. I never had this problem with my weight.

Update: the Zyflamend is not effective enough for my rosacea which has returned somewhat despite my usage of the maximum dosage. I did get a five month break from taking the oral antibiotics which I think is a good thing and I plan to substitute Zyflamend, full dosage again in the future. In the meantime, I am continuing to take the lowest possible dosage to keep my arthritic toe and finger joints happy. My pharmacy kept trying to change me to Generic Lexapro. It didnt work well and I continue to fight with them about this.

I went to the hospital and the doctor perscribed this to me. When I started taking it, I felt much worse than before. My chest was heavy and I was in a lot of discomfort.

I needed to take it for a colonoscopy I was having done. It tastes horrible even in my favorite Gatorade drink. But the most important thing is that it worked. I was completely clean for the colonoscopy.

the first time i tried it, it was FANTASTIC - but my blood pressure shot up and i was taken off - i got my blood pressure down. about a year later, i was so lethargic from Paxil, I promised to watch my blood pressure if i could take Effexor again, but it didn't feel as FANTASTIC - it was just OK.

I suffered from general anxiety disorder, mild OCD, and occasional depression and went on Lexapro when I was 18. After about 2 weeks I started noticing improvement and after about 6 weeks I noticed the full effects. My anxiety caused me to have a lot of problems going to sleep and after starting lexapro those issues went away and I was able to sleep much better.
