I have tried many depression/anxiety medications and Zoloft works best. I have had no adverse side effects from this medication (as I have had with others) and it has worked well to alleviate my anxiety.

My original dose of 150 mg 2 times a day was too strong. Drowziness followed into the mid-day making my morning dose absolete. It did help my pain but prevented normal routines. I had to ease into and work up to the original dosage by starting with 50 mg 2 times a day. It is a better overall balance for me.

I have been told to take stool softeners and the occasional laxative to help with constipation which worsen the bladder feeling. For the past month I have taken 3 stool softeners every night before bed time and the don't help. The stool become so hard, when I wipe I find blood from the lining. I am glad that I finally found something to regulate my periods and cramps. Everything else wasn't strong enough, and I ended up having breakthrough bleeding and a period every other week.

I've been on sandomigran for at least 3 years now. I recently went up to 3 per day but it's not working. It worked really well for ages but no longer and the side effects are getting harder to tolerate. I find they have incresased on the higher dose so I am going back to the neurologist to see if there is an alternative. I've tried lots of other meds though. Hopefully there is something out there that can help.

there was one time I took lisinopril and went to work. I deliver mail, I had to pull over because I was dizzy and started to feel faint. so now I have to take my dosage at nite when I have settled down. But, I still suffer with high blood pressure and headaches
