I was 17 when I had my 3 Gardasil shots and 17 when I was diagnosed with RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS following the shots. It took a year for doctors to realize I had RA because I was a competitive athlete (they thought my joints were swollen because I have always been an athlete). i was on yaz before and ortho-tricyclen lo before that. ortho mad em gain a bunch of weight and i had really bad depression and anxiety. I went on Yaz and did'nt have many side effects except a drop in sex drive. However after two years i started getting abnormal periods - where i would bleed for a month at a time and got anemic. I switched to Junel and was worried because of some of the reviews i have read. I really like it, i have a heightened sex drive and have probably lost about 5 pounds... View full comment

I mainly used it when i started on an excercise programme. I found my muscles would ache and my ankles would swell. Its been pretty good, very effective I think.

Wellbutrin XL

While taking the Wellbutrin has helped me cope better in some situations, I still regularly have days where I just can't hold it together and feel like crying all day. While it's not as often as it was, I still have them. I was on 150 mg once a day and was moved to 300 mg once a day and I haven't been able to tell much difference. I do like it though because I haven't gained weight like I have on other medications.

I also developed RA after my Gardasil shots. I was a competitive dance my entire life and was completely healthy. It took a YEAR for doctors to figure out I had RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS..doctors thought my joints were flaring up because I was an athlete. I hear more stories like mine everyday. We need to have more girls make the connection between Gardasil and RA. This is not fair! I am 19 years old and have to give myself a shot weekly so I can walk.

Dosulepin Hydrochloride

Used for pain relief - Atypical facial pain - Having tried Amitripyline and Carbamozole without sucess (limited pain relief and too many side effects) I find I tolerate Dosulepin well and have acheived about 80% relief at a dose of 75mg per day.

I have been losing my hair for about a year now, but now I have patches of baldness on my head. I'm 64 yrs old and there are no bald or balding women in our family. My hair had always been extremely thick and managable. So for this to be happening to me is truly devastating.
