Isotretinoin is a nightmare, if you are thinking of taking it DONT! 3 years after go off the drug my bones still creak every time i climb a step, my liver is still recovering and more recently I have been diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism. I have been taking Simcor for over a year. THe doctor has prescriber me 750/20mg once per day. I just recently got blood work done and my LDL has gone up, my HDL has went down and my Triglycerides have gone down. I am only 32 so I have to go back to the DR to see if this is the drug for me. I workout and try to eat healthy,I am 6'3 225. I know High Cholesterol runs in my family.

I experienced a allergic reaction after 40 minuets of taking my first dose. A itchy rash on my hands and lower arm. The reaction excelled to severe abdominal cramping and bloating. Took an allergy pill to control reaction. I am now back on progesterone suppositories.
