I was taking agomelatin associated as an alternative to a classical SSRI, to cure deep depression. However, if my sleep quality increased deeply and I felt more self confident, I started to too have emotional instability, especially strong aggressiveness burst. I take one tablet of multivitamin/multimineral dietary supplement ane one tablet of glucosamine chondroitin every morning. Beside these I also do 1hour and 30 minutes exercise every day. Just as table tennis one houe and swimming 30 minutes.These will help my joints much better.
