I have been taking lexapro on and off for about three years now, and I am a much better person on it. Without lexpro I am cranky, moody, depressed and very anxious. this medicine helped, with no side effects. i found that i had to also ad a additional blood pressure medicine. reasons for this could been family history or job related stress.

Having been on Lymecycline for almost 10 years now I am only now seeing a connection with memory loss around words: I often remember only the first letter of the word I want (like having a stroke!), or remember it 24 hours later or else the wrong word comes out. I have been worried about greater memory loss the longer I am on these things and only found out by experimenting by coming off them for a week - boy did my conversations flow then - no stumbling over words!
