I was on TriNessa since I needed a generic for my insurance. I had no major emotional issues or weight gain. I think it did clear up my face--although I have never had a huge acne problem--only occasional breakout--which I had zero on this med. The problem for me was the breakthrough bleeding. ibuprofen has done well to me i have never had any side effects although i need a very high dosage because it seems like im becoming immune and the pain doesnt go away. so i need a high dosage
