Zoloft has completely changed my life. For the first time I am actually happy and my severe OCD is finally under control! I would recommend it to anyone esp those with OCD. No side effects except weight gain...I gained 20lbs in 3 months. But besides that, the best anti-depressent ive ever taken. I had really stubborn depression that i couldnt improve with any other antidepressent..i took lexapro, pristiq(awful) and many others before and they never halped me at. works very well but is much too expensive. Also expect weight gain. Will probably change meds soon due to reasons stated above.

Actually changed my life. Effectively lifted my depression and has allowed me to finally function normally. The only major side effect i've noticed is that when I miss several doses in a row, I get dizzy and my balance is off. This goes away when I resume taking it, though, and is a small price to pay for what it has done.
