Strong raspberry leaf infusions are the ONLY thing that has ever relieved my menstrual cramps and accompanying symptoms, such as nausea and diarrhea. Pharmaceuticals have never helped my cramps. I also use raspberry leaves and berries infused in apple cider vinegar during my menstrual cycle as the vinegar extracts a great deal of nutrients in the leaves (calcium, magnesium etc) that help with cramps and pms, as well as the high iron in the berries. When I started taking Benzaclin, I didn't have any insurance coverage so I paid over 150 dollars for a tube of it. While it was very effective and did not dry out my skin, I could only use it for a short time because I couldn't afford it!

Debbie, no-one knows yet how long Gardasil will last or whether you'll need a booster shot. Because targeting only a few strains could also encourage a replacement disease, Merck might also need to re-formulate the shot periodically. The scary thing is that the first users won't know if and when they're vulnerable again, which makes me wonder what the point is.
