My thyroid lvls were low so doctor prescribed this to me 25 mg. once a day. I noticed a weight gain immediately, headaches, severe joint pain, my throat felt swollen or like a lump was in it and overall negative effects. I had a hysterectomy the same month the doctor prescribed this so I am unsure if its the levothyroid or effects of no hormones...maybe a little of both. This was the last treatment prescribed after calcium blockers swelled my lower extremities and had ghout after my other treatments. . I felt better with bendroflurazide but after gout which I had been prone to (my first attack at 18 after a glass of port!) My GP would not prescribe again for me. But my blood pressure was down to 135 with benfdrofuazide. Which I would prefer to go back to and put up with the severe pain of GOUT!! Excedrin Migraine Caplets

Excedrin works fact and it's affordable. The size of the pill is a somewhat too large but otherwise it's a great solution to my migraines. I have been using Excedrin for some time now and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Before I discovered Zyrtec my allergies were not controlled. Since Zyrtec has been in my life I know that I can control my allergies and that even if taken after my allergies are 'full blown' it only take a short time before they are under control. Having tried EVER other allergy medication I would be lost without Zyrtec.

i took this mediacation for a urinary tract infection and started to see results after a few days. The only thing I did not like so much about Bactrim was the size of the pill. It was a bit hard to swallow but other than that I feel as though it was very effective. There was less irritation and I started to feel like I had a healthier immune system.

Based on my experience I'd recommend that you consider whether to avoid the vaccine or wait for further testing, expecially if you have a family history of autoimmune disease. For me, my vaccine with Gardasil was followed by or triggered an auto immune reaction- arthritis, fatigue, painful swelling of joints, etc.
