I like using Lantus because it is long lasting. I only have to use it before I go to bed. Because it is long lasting I don't have to worry about my sugar spiking in the middle of the night.

am a Diabetic. In 2002 I was Damaged by Gentamicin and Clindamycin IV Antibiotics and had Muscle and Bone Pain really bad. I have Very Bad Vertigo. If not for finding and starting the Wintergreen I don't know how I would have made it. The Wintergreen has helped my pain so much. I use it every day. Would not go with out it. Prior to using Candex, I had already been on a cleansing, higher protein diet with little if any dairy, grains or (and especially) limited or no simple sugars. If I reintroduce these foods while using Candex, I obviously find myself feeling more exhausted and achy all over due to providing a feeding frenzy to the fungus. My recommendation, keep your diet at a cleansing level in order to assist the process.
